Over the past year and a half, I have dedicated over 550+ days to learning, practicing, and building with programs like JavaScript, Python, and many frameworks such as React, Flask, Node.js, Redux, CSS, HTML5, and SQL. I enjoy problem-solving with these tools and have learned to be self-sufficient in answering questions and resolving issues. Some of my notable projects include designing and developing a beer rating app, creating a vehicle rental and hosting platform with full CRUD functionality, and contributing to a music streaming service with React and Redux.

Projects
Cruz - FUV Rentals
This project is for renting and hosting vehicles. It runs its backend on Python and uses react for the front end
- CRUZ allows users to search for fun utility vehicles in a clean responsive User Interface using React and Redux to create live website responsiveness without any page reload
- Designed a sophisticated front-end search filter written in JavaScript using React that ensures users cannot make overlapping bookings, double-book vehicles and select logical dates improving the overall user experience
- Built a map feature using GoogleMaps API to allow users to view the exact location of every vehicle in the City they are planning their trip
- Utilized API routes and incorporated user authentication to restrict and allow access to various features of the website
- Employed Flask to establish logical schema relationships across components, facilitating seamless data migrations for proper storage and organization of back-end data written in Python
Retappd - Untappd Clone
Retappd is a clone of the popular beverage social media app Untappd
- Engineered swifter capabilities to the app, such as location-based functionality for beer and brewery creation, to enhance user experience
- Collaborated with fellow developers using Zoom and GitHub to achieve project goals through efficient communication and task delegation.
Jam Packed Sound - Social Music Player
Based off SoundCloud, the Jam Packed Sound is a place for users to share and experience new and old music
- Streamlined, tests for API routes generated from Express.js (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE, etc), user authentication, status codes, and headers using the Postman platform for HTTP requests
- Leveraged AWS S3 for music and photo uploads to gain storage scalability, built-in data security, and access reliability for any of the stored objects/li>
